*St. Brigid's Day Ritual*

On Saturday, 31st January we will celebrate St Brigid's Day & Imbolc.

We will begin in the beautiful silence of the Winter morning moments of Dawn at 8am.

We will sit and meditate and afterwards write our intentions for 2026.

If we are blessed with clear visibility we will watch the sunrise over the horizon. We will do the mantra to the sun at this time, Om Surya namaha.

We will do a powerful intention setting yoga sequence including breath, Om, balance & silence. We will enjoy tea and scones afterwards.
